Dee-effing-licious

So, my bookclub should really be called 'Helenamakesquichefromscratch club' because, like the hokey-pokey, that's what it's REALLY all about. And the tragic power outage of course prevented quicheclub, but it did not prevent me from making an awesomely delicious quiche for myself for dinner on Sunday afternoon.

And, OMG quiche!
